2/2 way solenoid valves from SVS Automation
SVS Automation produces 2/2 way solenoid valves in the range of M5 to G2 connection size. With this product range, we cover the most common solenoid valve types on the market. Depending on the application, flow and pressure range, the customer can choose between direct-controlled, pilot-controlled and forced-control solenoid valves. Each solenoid valve type is available with both brass and stainless steel body material. As a special feature, our range of products includes, in addition to the normal closed type NC, the normal open variant NO. Many of our solenoid valves are also available with explosion-proof magnetic coils according to ATEX.
solenoid valves 2/2 way, normally closed:
The core with the density element is pressed onto the seat gasket by the spring. This is supported by the upcoming medium pressure.
solenoid valves 2/2 way, normally open:
A magnetic field is generated by the current-carrying coil, which lifts the core directly from the valve seat with the density element.

SVS Automations 2 /2 way solenoid valves, direct controlled:
A special characteristic of the direct controlled 2/2 way solenoid valves is the direct connection of the sealing element with the anchor as a magnetic core. One of the advantages of the direct controlled solenoid valve over forced- and pilot-controlled models is that they can be switched from zero bar to the maximal differential pressure. The lack of a control hole also makes the solenoid valves fast-switching and completely dirt-resistant. The spring pushes the core or anchor with the sealing element onto the seat sealing, a process which is support by pressure from the medium. The energised coil creates a magnetic field, meaning that the core and sealing element are lifted directly from the valve seat. As an allrounder on the solenoid valve market we produce standard and special models from the smallest types with an M5 port right up to models with a G2 port and a nominal size of up to 50 millimetres. On request we can supply direct controlled 2/2 way solenoid valves with NBR, EPDM and FPM sealing.

The pilot-controlled 2/2 way solenoid valves, normally closed:
With this type of solenoid valve a direct controlled servo valve (also known as a pilot valve) controls the main valve by emptying the area around the diaphragm or piston chamber when the valve is energised. Less of the medium can then flow through control hole than can flow out. When the pilot solenoid valve is not energised the pressure above the diaphragm or the piston once again builds up and the main valve closes. The system requires a minimum pressure and can be used for very high pressure levels.

SVS Automations 2/2 way solenoid valves, forced-controlled, normally closed:
Forced-controlled systems combine directly- and pilot-controlled systems. They require almost no minimum pressure and can be used both for large nominal sizes as well as for high pressure levels. The main armature diaphragms or the piston is forced coupled with the directly-controlled solenoid valve. After the pressure is reduced the directly-controlled system raises the membrane or the piston directly.
